1. When the main power indicator is on, the carbon brush wear level should be checked. If the carbon brush wear exceeds one third of the total amount, the carbon brush should be replaced in time.

2. When the main power indicator light is not on, check whether the fuse of the indicator light and the fuse of the indoor distribution board are broken, and check whether the power line is in good contact. If the fuse is broken, change the fuse and keep the circuit unblocked.

3. The vacuum pump gauge and oil pressure indication value shall also be checked. If the oil pressure is too high, the host cannot be started. It is necessary to check whether each oil circuit is blocked and whether the orifice is unblocked. If not, clean it to unblock it.

4. If the bearing is damaged or the rotation is blocked, the lack of oil in the bearing or more dirt in the bearing will lead to increased friction resistance, and the motor cannot reach the additional speed, the bearing should be cleaned or replaced in time.

5. There is a layer of oxide on the surface of the commutator, and even if the brush does not coincide with the outer edge of the commutator, the speed can also be reduced. The commutator and the brush should be cleared to make good contact.

6. If the rotor coil is short circuited or open circuited, use a multimeter to check and rewind the coil. When the rotor is in use, the centrifugal tube may break, the sample may leak, and the rotor may be damaged due to metal fatigue, overspeed, overstress, chemical corrosion, improper selection, and out of control temperature.

2、 Power Supply Issue:

1. If the voltage is too low and the installation is wrong, the refrigerator can not be started. The low voltage may be caused by low grid voltage, excessive wiring of the distribution board, and too long power line (the ideal length is 3 meters). Insufficient capacity of power line will not only reduce the voltage, but also cause accidents. When the power supply voltage drops to 180-190VJ, the refrigerator cannot be started, affecting the refrigeration effect.

2. The power failure is one of the reasons why the refrigerator cannot be started and the cooling effect is poor. The power supply and fuse should be checked.

3. The components of centrifuge tubes are unbalanced and placed asymmetrically; There are foreign matters in the rotor hole, which makes the load unbalanced; The fixing nut at the upper end of the shaft is loose, and the shaft is worn or bent; The motor rotor is not at the center of gravity of the magnetic field. These reasons can lead to violent vibration and abnormal sound of the body.

4. The ventilation function is not good. If the instrument device is in direct sunlight or poor ventilation, the radiator effect is poor, or the radiator cover is full of dust, the cooling effect will also be affected.

Most of the above reasons are caused by incorrect operation. After finding out the reason, correct operation can eliminate the abnormal scene. During the task process, if any abnormal scene is displayed, stop the machine immediately to prevent unnecessary losses.
