The concrete sliding acceleration is further reduced. The concrete that does not pass through the curved section will encounter resistance when passing through the curved section, so the sliding acceleration will be further reduced. Due to the different sliding speed, a certain section of the lower guide pipe will produce vacuum phenomenon. Under vacuum condition, the guide pipe will be severely deformed under the mud pressure, leading to the failure of the shear ball.
2. The initial filling reserve is clearly specified in the standard. If the initial reserve is insufficient at the time of pouring, the bottom concrete will mix with the slurry and produce slurry, which will affect the bearing capacity of the pile, especially the bearing capacity of the end bearing pile. Most of the current pouring uses truck mounted concrete, which usually has sufficient reserves. Some people think that it is not necessary to provide enough concrete at one time when pouring, but they choose to continue to supply concrete by the concrete truck after cutting the ball. However, a slight carelessness in such operation will lead to serious mixing at the bottom and affect the quality of the pile body. The reason for this is that after the ball is sheared, the concrete in the hopper will sink faster and faster after overcoming the resistance of the inner wall of the tremie and the mud pressure, but the supply provided by the concrete truck cannot keep up, so the amount of concrete reaching the bottom at one time will be insufficient, especially for large-diameter end bearing piles, The quality of bottom pile shaft is seriously affected.
