1、 Start preparation If the machine is started after the first operation or long-term shutdown (more than one month)

1. Open the housing and variable speed wheel housing for inspection

-(1) There should be no solid sediment in the upper and lower casings. If there is, it should be cleaned;

-(2) Open the discharge port to ensure its smoothness;

-(3) It must be flexible and light to rotate the drum and speed change wheel by hand.

2. If the above items have been completed and are in good condition, place the upper cover and the bolts on the gear box protective cover.

2、 Start

1. Turn on the main power supply, turn on the power switch of the control cabinet, pull out the "emergency stop" switch, and the power indicator lights up.

2. Start Centrifuge Main motor:

-(1) Press the "Centrifuge Start" button, the centrifuge starts to rotate, and reaches the full speed of 2600rpm after two minutes. At this stage, the operator should pay attention to listening to the sound change of the equipment;

-(2) Observe the change of drum speed and main motor current on A, B and C controllers.

3. Confirm that the star delta (Y-C) switch of the main motor is normal, and the differential speed displayed by ABC and the rotation speed of the planetary gear input shaft (Pinion) are near the set value. At this time, the machine is in the state of waiting for feeding.

4. Start the "sludge conveyor" and start the sludge conveying machinery matching the conveyor.

5. Open the mud inlet valve.

6. Open the sealing water for cutting, and start the cutting machine half a minute later.

7. Start the flocculant delivery pump and adjust the flocculant flow and dilution water flow.

8. Start the sludge feed pump, check and adjust the sludge flow, gradually increase it from small to large to normal, and check the sludge condition.

3、 Operation

1. Always pay attention to the operation of the dehydrator after startup:

Sound, current, data displayed on ABC controller, sludge flow, flocculant flow and margin, sludge discharge and liquid discharge. Adjust the speed difference or pinion torque (torque control method) or sludge feed and flocculation dosage according to the above conditions and empirical data. If any abnormality is found, it shall be handled and reported in time.

2. Record the machine condition into the report every hour.

4、 Shutdown

1. After gradually reducing the feed pump flow, close the feed pump;

2. Close the flocculant delivery pump;

3. Close the mud inlet valve of the mud pipe;

4. Open the washing valve of the cutter;

5. Start the feed pump;

6. Turn off the feed pump and cutting machine (including sealing water valve) ten minutes later;

7. Close the front flushing valve of the cutter;

8. Open the flushing valve of the control cabinet and the flocculating liquid dilution water;

9. Shut down the centrifuge after 15 minutes of rinsing with clean water;

10. Before the centrifuge stops (the rotating speed is less than 300rpm), stop washing water;

11. Close the sludge conveyor;

12. Turn off the power switch of the control cabinet.
