The distribution head structure of ceramic filter is similar to that of ordinary disc filter. (1) The fundamental reason for the "leakage" of imported ceramic filters is that the friction sealing system of soft and hard materials is used for the friction sealing of moving and stationary pieces, and the wear resistance of moving pieces made of organic materials cannot meet the operating requirements.
(2) The distribution head of the ceramic filter adopts a 3-way sealing structure, which not only increases the probability of "leakage", but also increases the difficulty of maintenance. The effective way to solve the problem of "leakage" is to change the manufacturing material of the structure of the moving and stationary pieces. The moving and stationary pieces made of corundum material have ideal sealing effect and service life.
