1. Check the equipment site, confirm that there are no personnel and sundries, and inform the equipment to work and pay attention to safety.
2. Check the condition of the equipment, and check the tightness of the belt and the screws at each part.
3. Check the pipeline and confirm that the dosing pipeline is normal, the dosing valve has been opened, the sludge inlet pipeline is normal, and the sludge inlet valve has been opened.
4. Check whether the power switch in the control cabinet is closed.
5. Operate on the touch screen, enter the main system interface, enter the password, enter the permission view screen, and then enter the main working screen menu.
6. In the main screen menu, select the working condition of the system and confirm.

7. In the main working screen menu, click the "System Working Condition" selection button, and the system will pop up the working condition combination for selection. After selecting the working condition, click the "OK" button to enter the corresponding working screen. At this time, the user can carry out the corresponding working operation of the equipment.
8. Automatic operation of main engine: click the "Program Start" button, and the centrifuge will start and accelerate to the separation speed. When the centrifuge reaches the separation speed, it will run stably without load first, and then select the contactor for dosing and mud feeding. At this time, the screen will pop up a mud feeding prompt to ask the user whether to feed mud. The user clicks "OK" to start the dosing pump and the mud feeding pump. The centrifuge starts the formal separation operation. During the operation of the centrifuge, the user can adjust the parameters according to the sludge discharge effect. Click the "Dosing pump" and "Sludge pump" buttons in the touch screen to pop up a dialog box. Click the "Acceleration" or "Deceleration" button in the dialog box to adjust the flow accordingly. Or adjust the differential speed and torque through the selected control method.
9. When the user finishes the separation operation, click the "Program Stop" button to stop the dosing pump and the mud pump. The centrifuge shall carry out high-speed flushing to push out the materials as far as possible. After high-speed flushing, the centrifuge starts to slow down and stop. When the deceleration shutdown is completed, the centrifuge starts to speed up to the flushing speed. At this time, the flushing valve will be opened automatically to flush the equipment. When the flushing time is over, close the flushing valve, and the centrifuge starts to slow down and stop (there are two low-speed flushing). When the centrifuge stops stably, the whole automatic process of the centrifuge will end.
10. Manual operation of main engine: the motors in the centrifuge system need to be started one by one by the user. Click the motor or pump in the touch screen screen, and a dialog box will pop up. Click the "Start" or "Stop" button, and the corresponding motor will start or stop.

11. Automatic dispensing process: the mixer starts automatically and sets the ratio in the touch screen, that is, the dispensing concentration setting. When the liquid level gauge displays medium liquid level, dosing will be started automatically. Automatically open the electric push rod, open the water supply solenoid valve, and start the powder supply motor. Automatic adjustment shall be carried out according to the flow displayed by the water supply flowmeter to make the dosing concentration meet the set concentration demand. When the liquid level gauge shows high liquid level, stop dispensing to avoid the waste of flocculant caused by excessive liquid level overflow in the medicine tank. Automatically close the powder feeding motor, the water supply solenoid valve and the electric push rod. In the process of automatic dosing, when there is no powder under the hopper, the alarm will prompt the user to add flocculant and stop dosing.
12. Manual dispensing: the devices on the dosing device at the moment need to be started or closed one by one on the touch screen by the user.
13. When a fault alarm occurs, there will be a red circle flashing prompt at the corresponding position on the touch screen working screen, and the buzzer will sound. At this moment, the user can access the alarm item menu through the quick window at the lower right corner of the touch screen.
