Operation method:
1. Check Centrifuge Whether the power on is normal, and whether there are sundries inside and outside that affect the normal operation of the centrifuge. Confirm whether external pipes and devices are reliably connected.
2. The liquid inlet pipe of the pump is connected to the bottom valve, and the liquid outlet pipe of the pump is connected to the centrifuge. Turn on the centrifuge feeding mode, turn on the infusion pump after the centrifuge is started, adjust the outlet valve of the infusion pump, and drive the centrifuge into the centrifuge evenly for centrifugation;
3. After feeding, start the dehydration mode for dehydration.
4. When no liquid flows out of the centrifuge outlet, turn off the centrifuge.
Maintenance schedule:
1. The centrifuge shall be checked regularly to ensure that its functions, important parts and safety protection measures are under normal working conditions, and correct small, medium and overhaul cycles shall be formulated.
2. After six months of use, the machine must be overhauled and maintained carefully and recorded.
3. According to the inspection results, it is decided to clean (cover the centrifuge motor with a plastic bag, flush the inside and outside of the centrifuge with water, wipe each corner of the centrifuge with a clean wet rag, flush the centrifuge with water, and then flush with deionized water), replace or repair. If the drum is severely deformed or corroded, and the rotating parts are severely worn, overhaul or replacement shall be carried out. Surface repair welding and other emergency measures are not allowed.
4. The rotary drum is the main working part of the centrifuge. It is a high-speed rotary part. During the manufacturing process, it has undergone strict dynamic balance and subassembly inspection. The longitudinal welds of the rotary drum have undergone X-ray flaw detection. It is not allowed to attach any device (except filter cloth and lining mesh) to the drum during use except for corrosion, and it is not allowed to open holes, weld and disassemble parts on the drum at will. During maintenance, it is not allowed to disassemble the drum body and bottom, and the dynamic balance shall be carried out again after the components on the drum are removed and replaced.
5. The integrity of the centrifuge shall be ensured, and it is not allowed to remove, change parts and components or add accessories at will.
