-When the distance between two adjacent defects is more than 120mm, it can be treated as individual pit corrosion defects;

-When the distance between two adjacent defects is less than 120mm and more than 50mm, and the corrosion depth does not exceed 60% of the wall thickness, surfacing can be used.

4. Local corrosion defects:

-When the depth does not affect the strength requirements and the area is large, metal spraying can be used.

5. Local uniform corrosion defects:

-When the corrosion area is small and the defect depth does not exceed 40% of the original thickness of the vessel wall, surfacing can be used;

-When several uniformly corroded defects exist at the same time, the area of a single piece is not more than 50mm * 50mm, the distance between two adjacent corrosion areas is more than 50mm, and the defect depth does not exceed 60% of the original thickness of the wall, surfacing can be used;

-If there are too many corrosion flakes or they are widely distributed, they can be patched or the defective cylinder section or cylinder can be replaced.

6. Overall uniform corrosion defects:

-Only anti-corrosion measures are required, and no other treatment is required.

7. Intergranular corrosion defect:
