At the end of the "12th Five Year Plan", the comprehensive desulfurization efficiency of thermal power and thermal power respectively reached more than 95% and 85%, and the comprehensive denitration efficiency of Zheneng Lanxi Power Plant reached more than 70%. All new dry process rotary kilns of cement enterprises in the city should be retrofitted to achieve a comprehensive denitration efficiency of more than 30%; The dust discharged from the production equipment of all cement product enterprises (including grinding stations) and the fugitive dust discharged shall meet the national standards.
