Sludge treatment
The equipment purchased by the owner of the project shall be used for the treatment of construction piling mud. The LW-750 mud separator was introduced from our company, which concentrated the mud to 15%~25% and sent it to the sludge centrifugal dehydrator for dehydration. The water content of the sludge after dehydration is about 35%. According to the different properties of sludge in many places, the water content of general sludge is about 35% - 50%). The equipment adopts advanced centrifugal separation technology, which can concentrate and dehydrate various primary sedimentation and activated sludge in different proportions and separate materials difficult to separate. The application of equipment has greatly saved energy and labor costs. The maximum sludge discharge per hour of LW750 single machine is 7-9 tons.
